  • Corneal and Internal Eye Structure examination (Front eye health)
  • Eye pressure testing (Glaucoma screening)
  • Visual Field Testing (Peripheral Vision test)
  • Laser Surgery assessment
  • Assessment and Referral for Ophthalmology
  • Ocular Disease Management (Including Diabetes and Glaucoma) and Co-Management with the appropriate Ophthalmology approval
  • Pre- and Post – Operative Care for Ocular Surgery’s (i.e. Cataract and Laser Surgery)
  • Colour Vision and Depth Perception Testing
  • Vision Therapy

Children and Senior Citizens are covered under Alberta Health Care for most services, and most other patients are covered for routine exams through private or employee health benefit plans.  Eye infections or medically necessary visits for all patients are now covered by Alberta Health.

We also offer evening and weekend appointments to fit your busy lifestyle. We are equipped with the latest hi-tech diagnostic equipment, which helps ensure that our patients get the highest level of care possible.  Our modern facilities help us provide you with more accurate prescription information and better follow-up care.  We use digital imaging equipment to photograph and track health changes in your eye over time.  This way we can stop problems before they are too late to treat.

We offer DIRECT billing to Alberta Health Care, Blue Cross, CINUP, Chambers of Commerce Group Insurance, Cowan, Desjardins Insurance, Equitable Life, First Canadian, Great West, Industrial Alliance, Johnson Inc., Johnston Group Inc., Manulife, Sunlife, Maximum Benefit, NexgenRx, Sun Life Financial, The Co-operators, and many more.
Children (18 -) and Senior Citizens (65 +) are covered under Alberta Health Care for most services including eye exams.
